Admission

Process and Guidelines

A clear overview of admission terms, registration, fee rules, and withdrawal policy for the upcoming academic session.

Admission process and guidelines illustration

Admission is open for all classes except X and XII for the upcoming academic session. Registration forms are available from the school counter.

The registration form must be submitted with two passport-size photographs of the candidate, a photocopy of the birth certificate for Nursery classes, and the transfer certificate from the last attended school for Class I and above. Selection is granted strictly on merit through interaction, written assessment, and interview as applicable. Any form of canvassing or recommendation leads to disqualification.

01

Terms

The academic session runs from April to March. Classes are conducted from Nursery to XII under CBSE, New Delhi.

The school calendar is planned carefully to balance academics with co-curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout the year.

02

Registration

Students seeking admission to Nursery and other classes, subject to seat availability, are registered from November to April.

For Nursery and Preparatory, selection is based on interaction between parents, the child, and the selection committee. For all other classes, admission depends on evaluation, interview, interaction with parents, and the previous school record. The decision of the selection committee is final and binding.

03

Fees

Apart from annual session charges and examination fees, monthly tuition fees must be paid by the 10th day of the current month.

Fees may be revised in the subsequent year. Tuition fees are accepted at the school counter from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Non-payment for more than three months may result in the student's name being removed from the rolls, after which readmission will be required.

04

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the school must be requested through a formal application. A transfer certificate is issued only after all dues have been cleared.

A student may also be withdrawn if the Principal considers the conduct or academic standing unsuitable under school rules.

Misconduct or moral turpitude
Non-payment of school dues for at least 3 months
Failing twice in the same class
